Mission

To maintain service and repair electrical work on air-conditioning, Generator, UPS and associated equipment in commercial and retail buildings according to set standards. Role Objectives / Responsibilities To carry out repairs, maintenance and scheduled work according to net standards and ensure that all electrical work on air-conditioning equipment runs efficient to prevent inconvenience to tenants. To supervise the on-site contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards To adhere and ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety standards in daily operations Implement maintenance plan ensuring: Completion within set time frames Carried out according to set quality and standards To advise the Technical Services Manager / Assistant Technical Services Manager on requirements for equipment, tools, uniforms and any other related technical matters on an ongoing basis. To supervise direct reports and provide the Technical Services Manager / Assistant Technical Services Manager with input on: Training and development requirements of staff Performance management of staff Succession planning Send monthly technical report
