Tertiary Sales and Marketing qualification – Graduation Extensive classical Sales and Marketing experience – 5 years + Experience of Sales and distribution. Broad business acumen with a strong weighting towards distribution practices. Fluent in English and French. Hands on, pragmatic, good communicator able to discuss at levels of the organisation. Willing to travel within the country. Good command of Excel, PowerPoint and other apps of a smart phone. Fluency in English, both oral and written, is mandatory

Mission

Sales To drive the sales team to achieve their volume and value targets, along with the other sales objectives. Distribution To be able to understand the best distribution practices of the competitors and design the distribution structure for the company and implement the best practices. IT : To have the working knowledge of mobile apps, Excel ,Power point. An experience of working with a Sales force automation tool is a huge plus. Training : To be able to train the sales team regarding the 8 steps of the sales call, merchandising principles and handling objections. MIS : To be able to collect the market information of self and the competition in terms of numeric distribution, visibility, market shares. RTM : To understand and implement the best route to market practices that are suitable for the country operations.
