Bachelor’s degree level (in preference linked electricity or mechanics). Minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices. Effective budgeting and performance management. Detail oriented with good organizational and leadership skills. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines. Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related communication tools. Ability to work as part of a team.

Mission

The main role of our Maintenance Supervisor is to keep all company equipment functional, by guaranteeing the good use of equipment by employees, by making any necessary repairs or replacements and setting up maintenance schedules. Job duties and responsabilities Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities. Communicate with the Operations department to evaluate and prepare inspections of the company equipment. Ensure good performance of material and equipment by running tests, making repairs and installing necessary replacement parts. Create a schedule program for regular maintenance. Supervise and assign maintenance workers to repair machines or equipment Train employees on the proper use of equipment. Order equipment or supplies necessary to complete repairs Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage. Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
