Job description Set up new Agents Answering technical requests through call center and email ticketing. Perform Installation of all requirements needed by the web system to operate both new agents equipment and former agents formatted PC´s Technical support Diagnose and resolve technical software issues presented by the agents to guarantee the operability of the Web System Responsibilities Good manage of Windows Operative System and their tools Excellent skills installing PC´s and peripherals (scanner, printer, antivirus,etc).
