Two (2) years of logistics supply and inventory experience is required. Completion of high school required. Level 3 (Good working knowledge) reading/writing/speaking of English is required. Level 4 (Fluent) reading/writing/speaking) of French is required. (This will be tested) He/ She must be capable of performing inventory work. Must be able to complete tasks according to instructions given by the supervisor. Must organize inventory documents in a clear manner. Must possess a basic knowledge of computer applications. Use of computer applications, such as MS word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.

Mission

The incumbent conducts the inventory of 160 plus residences, apartments, agencies, offices upon arrival and departure of occupants. He/ She provides critical support in conducting the annual inventory of office and warehouse spaces. He/ She accounts for all nonexpendable property using the Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS), Property Management application. He/ She conducts and reports results for all property inventories as required by 14 FAM and other guidance from the State Department. He/ She maintains issues and accounts for all non-expendable property from e-ILMS/asset management.
