Description du poste

University degree in economics, business, or related field; Advanced degree in business, economics, or related field preferred; Fluent English is preferred, both spoken and in writing; Experience: Significant (3-5 years) of experience in budgeting positions; Experience designing and operating financial reporting and financial planning; Excellent analytical ability; Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to clearly present financial data in reports distributed to senior management;

Mission

Be a Business Partner to drive the Suguba performance by establishing strong business partnerships primarily with external clients To demonstrate an understanding of the generics business (cross-functionally) in order to provide expertise-based opinions on the following Reporting & Management information Planning & Analysis Business process management & control Cash flow & Risk and Project Management To participate proactively in and provide information and recommendations to management for strategy development and business decision-making Major Accountabilities at SUGUBA General Assists the Managing Directors as a business partner in managing the Suguba performance and resource allocation Organizes the planning and the control of the organization’s activities Actively manages the process to achieve the financial impact targets (Self-sustainability, balanced budget, cash flow management) by creating timely and transparent reporting with no surprises, assessing risks and opportunities. Helps the organization minimize costs through the optimization of its financial and purchasing processes Oversee tax, compliance and audit reporting processes and relationships for the organization, providing necessary data to internal and external authorities, and acting as a point of contact for these stakeholders when questions arise about reporting and/or compliance processes or results Planning Manages the planning processes for Suguba in conjunction with the Managing Directors; Provides high quality support and input to Senior Management for Suguba’s Strategic & Operational Plan; Optimizes communication with Suguba MDs in order to share common targets with common understanding; Develops and monitors operational budgets for the country; Decision support Ensures transparent basis for business decisions through a true and fair financial evaluation of scenarios; Recommends and challenges actions to optimize organization’s sustainability on short/long term basis;
